 PhoenixMotorsport has been born from the desire of its founder, Gerry Speechley, to produce premium quality performance and customising parts for motoring enthusiasts that are not generally available elsewhere either due to lack of demand or difficulty in manufacture.
G S Automobiles and G S Autosport were formed by Gerry in 1985 to service, repair and tune most makes of cars after Gerry left his position as vehicle technician within the UK Main Franchised Dealer network.
The demand for speedy and profitable workmanship rather than quality and vehicle requirements within the dealerships prompted Gerry to offer a better service, cheaper and more honest than he was currently expected to provide. So many clients were delighted to be provided with a better, cheaper service, with upgrade options such as suspension kits and uprated brakes, audio systems and alloy wheels, almost always cheaper than the original equipment, that within 2 years, the business was running at full capacity and has done so since then. |
